India took revenge of Daniel Pearl's killing

Daniel Pearl, American journalist was kidnapped by Islamic terrorists while he was on his way to Karachi for an interview with Pakistani religious cleric Mubarak Ali Gilani.
At the time of his abduction, he had been investigating the alleged links between British citizen Richard Reid and al-Qaeda
Terrorist sent the United States a range of demands, including freeing of all Pakistani terror detainees, and the release of a halted U.S. shipment of F-16 fighter jets to the Pakistani government. Photos of Pearl handcuffed with a gun at his head and holding up a newspaper were attached
Few days later, terrorists beheaded Pearl
On May 16, his severed head and decomposed body were found cut into ten pieces, and buried in Karachi.
The man responsible for the planning and execution of the kidnapping of Daniel Pearl was Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh

Omar Saeed was involved in 1994 kidnappings of Western tourists in India and served time in Indian prisons.
He was released in 1999 during IC814.

He was provided safe passage into Afghanistan with the support of the Taliban in exchange for passengers aboard the hijacked Indian Airlines Flight 814
The mastermind of IC814 hijacking was Abdul Rauf Azhar.
Abdul Rauf is the brother Massod Azhar
Rauf Azhar, the operational chief of Jaish-e-Mohammad, was the mastermind behind the hijacking of IC-814 Indian Airlines commercial flight in 1999.
So Rauf got Omar free and Omar killed Pearl.
In Operation Sindoor undertaken by Indian forces in Bahawalpur in Pakistan, Masood Azhar’s brother and India’s most wanted terrorist Abdul Rauf Azhar was reported dead.
