How Lutyens properties were usurped by the Gandhi family all these years.
The Head of govt in any country across the world is provided a fixed institutional place of residence once they take charge of the office
But in India, this is not the case!
Jawaharlal Nehru
The Teen Murti Bhavan, which was the former residence of Nehru as the 1st Prime Minister of India, was converted into Nehru Memorial following his death in office.
Indira Feroze Gandhi (Gandhi??)
The residence of former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi was located at 1, Safdarjung Road. Post her assassination in office the official Prime Minister's house was turned into the ‘Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum’
Rajiv Gandhi
10, Janpath, a public-owned house was the official residence of Rajiv Gandhi although he lived at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg. Post his assassination in 1991, 10, Janpath remains the residence of his widow Sonia Gandhi, the President of Congress party. Why??
Nowhere in the world, the official residences of government heads are usurped in this manner by their families/successors as done by the Chinese Gandhi dynasty.
Jawahar Memorial = Shantivan = 52.6 acres.
Indira Memorial = Shakti Sthal = 45 acres.
Rajiv Memorial = Veer Bhumi = 15 acres.
MP of RaeBareily, Sonia Antonia Maino lives at 10 Janpath Road = 3.75 Acres.
MP of Wayanad, Rahul Gandhi lives at 12 Tughlaq Lane = 1.25 acres.
The Chinese Gandhi family is occupying 120 acres of prime land in Delhi at the cost of taxpayers money.
Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi are MP of Congress. Why can't we shift them to MP house & vacate 10 Janpath and 12 Tughlaq lane. We don't want to spend the taxpayers hard earned money on housing them when there are so many other things to do for India.
Even Priyanka Vadra, a common citizen, had occupied a Lutyens bungalow illegaly and was thrown out only last year.
Till a few years back even Priyanka Vadra's mother in law received police protection at taxpayers cost. It was removed after Arnab Goswami created a ruckus on primetime.
